Lynsey’s Dreamsicle Smoothie


1 cup chopped frozen pineapple

1/2 cup sliced frozen peaches

1/2 cup chopped frozen mango

1/2 banana

1/2 avocado

2 large carrots, peeled and chopped

1 teaspoon raw organic local honey

1 generous tablespoon plain Greek yogurt

4 ounces all natural orange juice (no sugar added)


Blend all ingredients together and add water if needed to achieve desired texture and thickness. Serve immediately.
