Holly’s Mixed Fruit and Kefir Smoothie


1/2 cup blueberries (frozen)

1/2 cup peaches (frozen)

1/2 avocado

1 cup mango kefir

1/2 cup fresh spinach

1/2 banana (frozen)


Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until blended. Serve immediately.
