Christina’s Blueberry Avocado Smoothie


1/2 of an avocado

1/2 cup fresh blueberries (frozen)

1/2 cup fresh spinach

1 tablespoon raw organic honey

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 teaspoon cinammon

Almond Milk


Add all ingredients to blender and pulse, adding almond milk until desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately.
