Lori Ann’s Mango Salsa


2 Ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted and diced (about 3 cup

1 Small red onion, peeled and diced

1-2 Jalapenos, seeded and diced

½ cup Chopped fresh cilantro, loosely packed

1 Small green bell pepper, seeded and diced

Juice of 1 lime


Toss all ingredients together until combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 3 days.
