Gayle’s Greek Goddess Broccoli Salad

Ingredients:

2 heads Broccoli

¾ cup Greek yogurt, plain

½ cup Red onion, diced

½ cup Carrots

½ cup Sunflower seed

2 tsp White wine vinegar

1 tsp Truvia

3 slices Cooked bacon, diced

½ cup Dried cranberries

Directions:

Mix vinegar, Truvia, and Greek yogurt until combined. Place remaining ingredients in a bowl. Top with yogurt mixture and toss until all ingredients are covered. Serve immediately.
