Christina’s Silken Tofu Chocolate Mousse


1 ½ cups Dark Chocolate, 60% cocoa, chopped fine

1 cup Vanilla soy milk

1-1lb pkg Silken Tofu, drained



Melt chocolate in microwave, 20 seconds at a time until fully melted. Warm soy milk slightly in microwave. Place tofu, milk, and chocolate in a blender and blend until all ingredients are combined and mixture is smooth. Pour into individual serving dishes and place in refrigerator to cool. Top with sliced strawberries before serving.
