This amazing piece of technology takes a panoramic digital image of the retina using laser technology, providing an in-depth view of the retinal layers where disease starts, within mere seconds.
While traditional imaging methods typically only show 15% of your retina at one time, the Optomap captures over 80% of your retina in one panoramic image, making it easier to detect eye conditions such as Age-related Macular Degeneration, Diabetic Retinopathy, Glaucoma, Retinal Detachment, Hypertension and Ocular Melanoma earlier than ever before.
